The movie truly belongs to Aman Siddiqui and Amitabh Bachchan. Aman impresses tremendously with his naughty expressions, cute laughter and dialogue delivery. You may even have tears trickle towards the climax where you see Aman cry out loud looking at the stars, searching for Bhootnath. Let’s hope Bhootnath ends the dry spell at the boxoffice. In any case leave cricket aside and go watch Bhootnath, you won’t regret doing so.

The very thought of watching a movie always leaves me arguing whether to rent a DVD or buy an expensive PVR ticket? When it came to watching race, I decided not to go against my intuitive apprehension and opted for a rented DVD instead; which I now thank myself for. They say too many cooks spoil the broth. Likewise, too many stars and plot twists can also create a Babel out of a movie. My expectations from Race was minimal, however I never imagined the movie to be unbearable. Saif and Akshaye; have more powerful attitude and wardrobe than performance. Katrina looks good but stands like a barbie throughout the entire length of the movie. Bipasha is awkward in her portatyal of a sexy and manuipulative gold digger.(Soembody teach these girls some body language). Sameera Reddy was somewhat tolerable as the the dumb associate to Detective R.D a.ka. Anil kapoor . I mean it is certainly better to act a fool than look a fool. Anil kapoor was the last nail on the coffin. Whether it his blond streaks, his silver tipped boots, his weird characterisation or, last but the least, his efforts to roamance and seduce a girl of his daughtrer's age (Sameera Reddy). The original conept must have been a good one, but poor attention to detail and characterisation (lets rememeber that only wearing cowboy hats and boots don't make you a Ranch owner) sunk the plot. The sound tracks were all the wrong places, especially when Allah duhai track comes from out of the blue the . Pritam too hadn't done much of a great work apart from the stolen track- Pehli Nazar. Above all, as Abbas-Mustan's stunt to ad on more and more masala, leaves the audience with a bitter taste.

I agree with Mr. Scott about the various non-Seussian and trite elements. I also agree about the use of Carey as the voice for what should have been a much more self-effacing but courageous and loyal Horton. None the less, the movie's heart was in the right place (unlike the many kids movies that seem to have either no respect or no regard for children), and I found myself liking it more than I expected to - needless the say my children loved it.

This film is a movie lover's ultimate nightmare-come-true.To put things in perspective, Mr.Whit Mr.Black has to be second in the bad films after rama rama kya hai drama, ahead of krazzy 4 and Ghai's Black and White.If black comedy is the idea, let's kill the filmmaker. save money.It's precious.

I had heard so many good things about this film, I looked forward to seeing it when it finally turned up on cable. And while I was interested for a while, I ultimately found it to be melodramatic, heavy-handed, predictable, and long.

It is a personal journey that changes the character in such a way that one believes is fragile; indeed it is the most solid and tangible source of hope for a period marked by "orders" and "ideology". Strongly recommended. I particularly loved the ending, when, Georg sees his "angel" but doesnt meet him;could a few words of "thanks" equate the 'favour'? Later, it is a poignant moment when Muehe tells the bookshop cashier "its for me". For a man, who we know lives alone, this is a deep, indirect resonance of love.

Hai Ramesh, please stop wearing wigs like 22 year old with the kind of hair you never had and jumping around. You are not made for action,thrillers, serious kind stuff.You already burnt your hand last time in "Soundarya". So act within your limits.But I admire your rappo with your co-stars is good and the environment you create in your sets when you are directing is very good.Try your hand where your strenghth lies. Stop trying serious stuff espicially the way original "Accident" was brought out by late genius of Kannada film industry.

A very good movie to watch. Even though it is an adaptation of the Russian novel "Mother", Barogooru's script, dialogues and the lyrics suit Indian conditions.

Innathe Chinthavishayam has its flaws but it must be watched because it is able to recreate the Sathyan magic which our families love.
